Time after time, whenever I order something new and exciting I eagerly refresh the tracking page for the product every few minutes in hope that it will say it's outside my door. Unfortunately accurate and up-to-date tracking isn't always possible, and in the case of my nice new Sagem Axium L32 (which I may review later), I waited for days with there being no status whatsoever, and no explanation as to what was going on. I was in the dark with no light-switch to help me find my way. Now today on digg I saw an article that caught my eye - they have an idea that I really think all couriers should adopt with haste, as in yesterday.

I'd rather they have replaced the Tom Hanks with a image from Lost but the point is well made.
Even just a system that updated more regularly would be good so if a package is delivered 11am saying so before 2pm would be a good start!
