A team of people have gotten together to create a project that aims to come up with a method for improving the writing and management of CSS files - and their comments in particular.
This is starting as a little approach to help individuals and teams to improve writing/coding/styling/managing CSS files. The main concept is to put all the good and tested usage of DocBlock comments into CSS. That's putting style, docblocks and tags together.
It seems a good idea for those that are interested in better documenting their CSS files, but personally I'm not going to be bothering with it.
