It doesn't seem that long since Silverlight was first released, but already Silverlight 2 is out. ScottGu, who is an employee of Microsoft has blogged about the new release and what it means for people who use Silverlight technology. In this new version there a quite a few changes. One significant change is that they've moved the location of most of the controls from System.Windows.Controls.dll into System.Windows.dll meaning that there is a huge reduction in filesizes. There are also a few changes in other respects to the controls such as the addition of the tab control, and the multi-line text box.
Do many people use Microsoft Silverlight though? Or do people still prefer Adobe Flash?
